Il corso \u00e8 indicato per chi soffre di dolori cronici, malattie cardiovascolari, polmonari, cefalea, disturbi del sonno, disturbi di ansia e attacchi di panico, disturbi digestivi legati allo stress, malattie della pelle come la psoriasi, difficolt\u00e0 di memoria e attenzione, cancro.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo la definizione di Jon Kabat-Zinn, scienziato e teorico del protocollo MBSR, Mindfulness significa \u201c<b><i>porre attenzione in un modo particolare: intenzionalmente, nel momento presente e in modo non giudicante<\/i><\/b>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Parleremo dello stress e dei suoi danni e della possibilit\u00e0 di sentirci pi\u00f9 equilibrati, vivendo ogni giorno con maggiore soddisfazione e pienezza.<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di un metodo validato scientificamente che insegna come vivere con pi\u00f9 amore e pi\u00f9 consapevolezza le esperienze che facciamo ogni giorno.<\/p>\n<p>Ci permette di passare da quella che chiamiamo la modalit\u00e0 del \u201cfare\u201d, cio\u00e8 il vivere in modo automatico senza essere veramente presenti, ad una modalit\u00e0 di esperienza\u00a0 diversa, in cui ci si immerge nel qui e ora , alla modalit\u00e0 dell&#8217;Essere.<\/p>\n<p>Il corso MBSR \u00e8 un programma centrato sulla persona per poter coltivare le risorse e le attitudini umane innate e pi\u00f9 significative come crescita interiore per affrontare l\u2019intensit\u00e0 del vivere e proprio per questo ricordiamo che non \u00e8 training, una formazione o una abilitazione<\/p>\n<p>Vi aspettiamo<\/p>\n<p>Necessaria la prenotazione.
